"Absolutely loved visiting Lily Francis Bridal! From the second we walked in we were welcomed and the atmosphere was so relaxed and friendly! The showroom with the dresses was so well presented and there are so many gorgeous dresses! Love the set up of the shop too, and it was so clean and fresh! After visiting another bridal shop, I wasn’t sure if I was going to walk in and find the one as I knew what style of dress I wanted.. but I found the dress and said Yes!! "I visited Michelle at Lily Francis with my 16 year old daughter for ideas on colours and styles for a prom and bridesmaid dress. I was a little apprehensive as I didn't want my daughter to feel pressured or self conscious; I need not have been, we had a wonderful experience. Michelle gave us lots of space to look around and chat with each other, whilst being available to help when needed. She was sensitive and able to offer advice when the dresses were tried on and during the final fitting. The shop itself was calm and relaxed, and my daughter and I had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I would happily recommend Lily Francis for wedding and prom dresses."

"I visited Lily Francis Bridal on Saturday to view their collection of hair pieces ready for my wedding. Michelle was very friendly and welcoming from the minute I stepped foot in the shop. The shop was very clean and was a lovely relaxed environment. Michelle was very helpful when I was choosing the correct hair piece to go with the hairstyle and veil type I had chosen. "We've been to Michelle's store looking for a bridesmaids' dress, and our experience has simply been amazing. Michelle has been very helpful from way before the appointment date, keeping us updated by email and making sure all our questions were answered. The place looks gorgeous and is very spacious, which makes trying dresses on a real a pleasure; the bridesmaid selection was diverse and we ended up having a real struggle making up our minds as to which dress to get: so many gorgeous gowns! There are endless colour options to choose from, and many adjustments can be made (changing the style of a belt, adding a strap, etc) - the dress is taylor made to your needs! I already have my wedding dress but also couldn't help notice how beautiful Michelle's bridal selection is - I would recommend her shop to anyone looking for a bride's dress, bridesmaid's dress or prom dress! "Michelle was so warm and welcoming. She took all the time we needed, never rushed. We got to spend as long as we wanted looking at the dresses and love the way we could magnet mark the ones we liked for me to try on. Then Michelle listened, so well, took on board each dress tried she took what I liked and found a few additional tries as she knew her collection so well. Michelle is highly knowledgeable about her collection and has chosen her designers carefully so they all work to UK standards for all who work on the dresses. Absolutely 5*. "Michelle was so helpful when I visited in respect of obtaining an evening gown which didn't resemble a bridesmaid's dress. She has so much patience and many styles which can be mixed and matched with 150 colours to choose from. I ended up ordering 2 and will return for a shorter style cocktail dress. Her prices are very reasonable and I also saw a large selection of bridal gowns. I would highly recommend her for a visit - easily accessible, plenty of parking and she will meet at most times to include evenings and weekends - by appointment. She also has a seamstress for alterations - a real gem!"

"I went there recently to find my wedding dress. There are a wide variety of styles to try, all good quality but reasonable prices (including some from local designers). Michelle was friendly and knowledgeable and made it an enjoyable experience. I've found a beautiful dress and I can't recommend this place highly enough!"
